To add a section with answers to questions: 1. Click the Customize FAQ button. 2. In the site control panel, click "Add" and select "Question and answer". 3. Each new question-answer pair should be assigned a category. 4. Save and publish. You can always edit questions and answers, change their order or assign them other categories.

It is possible. To add a media file: 1. Open the application settings. 2. Click on Manage FAQ 3. Create or select the question you want to add a media file to. 4. When editing the answer, click the video, image or gif icon. 5. Add a media file from the library and save.

You can edit the title on the "Settings" tab of the application. If you do not want the title to be displayed, deselect the "Title text" checkbox in the "Show" section.
